Daniela Flores Arias

(Mexico City, 1994) Artist and co-founder of nohacernada.org. In her work, she uses texts as motif and matter for her artistic expression, reflecting on negation as a statement and the editorial space as a container and exhibition device. She has collaborated in several group exhibitions in Mexico City, in spaces such as ESPAC (2019), Nixon (2018), Ex Teresa Arte Actual (2017), Pandeo Df (2015), and in Guatemala, in Riña (2018). In 2019, she presented her solo exhibition Salvo error u omisión at Galería L.A. (CDMX), and in 2018, Hay muchos trucos para decir que no at Galería Progreso (CDMX). In 2019, she was part of the Tu casa es mi casa Residency program at marcablanca.press (MAD). She was part of the selection of participating authors in the 4th Artist’s Book Exhibition at MUAC, and for the collective exhibition of the 2017 Paperworks Publications Fair at Museo Tamayo.
