Renata Cervetto

(Buenos Aires, Argentina, 1985) Curator and researcher. She has a degree in Art History from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and completed the curatorial program of the Appel Arts Centre (Amsterdam, 2013-14). Between 2015-18, she coordinated the Education area of the Museo de Arte Latinoamericano de Buenos Aires (MALBA), implementing new programs for teenagers, adult audiences, and schools. In 2016, he edited with Miguel López Agítese antes de usar. Desplazamientos educativos, sociales y artísticos en América Latina. This publication, made with the support of MALBA and TEOR/éTica, was the first to compile essays and interviews in Spanish on contemporary artistic practices that maintain an intrinsic dialogue with educational and pedagogical practices. For its presentation, she organized the workshop-seminar “Hábitos de aprendizaje. Desafíos en común” (2017, MALBA and TEOR/éTica). Between 2019-20, she was curator of the 11th Berlin Biennale, La grieta empieza por dentro, together with Agustín Pérez Rubio, Lisette Lagnado, and María Berríos.
