José Fernando Gómez
(Babahoyo, Ecuador, 1987) Architect. He graduated from the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of Guayaquil (2011). He obtained Master’s degree in Advanced Architectural Design in Chihuahua, Mexico (2013). José Fernando Gómez founded the architecture studio Natura Futura in 2014, which has received nominations within the Award of the Americas and the Quito Pan-American Biennial; they also participated in exhibitions at the Architecture Festival in Bali, Indonesia, and at the Architecture Biennial of Valparaíso, Chile. He is currently working on a research proposal on urban decoders and satellite city identities.
