Josefa Ruiz Caballero
(Toronto, Canada, 1984) Chilean art-educator and documentary filmmaker. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Art and a Master's degree in Documentary Film from the University of Chile, as well as a Community Arts certificate from York University, Canada. She currently lives and works in Chiloé, Chile. Josefa is engaged with Otras maneras de mirar, a collective that she founded along with Patricio Bustamente in 2015, which works around the notion of blindness. She also leads a production workshop for cognitively-impaired artists.
