(Linz, Austria, 1988) Curator and professor. Stefanie Reisinger studied art history and cultural and social anthropology in Vienna. She is a curator for contemporary art at Belvedere 21 in Vienna and she was the adjunct curator of the exhibition Gego. The Architecture of an Artist (2022) at the Kunstmuseum Stuttgart as well as responsible for the research project “Gego in Stuttgart” (2019–22). She taught regularly at the University of Stuttgart focusing on Latin American Art since the mid 20th-century, Global Art discourses and Architectural History of the 20th-century. Previously, she worked at “das weisse haus” in Vienna, the Austrian Pavilion at the Venice Biennale (2013), and the Guggenheim Collection in Venice (2014). She was co-editor of all-over | Magazin für Kunst und Ästhetik (2014–19), and a co-founder of phileas in Vienna (2014–21).
