Elena Ketelsen González

(San José, Costa Rica, 1990) Curator, researcher, and teacher She is assistant curator at MoMA PS1, where she has established programs at Homeroom, a space dedicated to collaborative projects with artists, organizations, and activists. Previously, she held programming positions at the Whitney Museum of American Art and the Museum of the City of New York. She was the founder of La Salita, a curatorial project dedicated to the investigation of Latin American artists working from Latin America, the Caribbean, and in diaspora. Her writings have appeared in magazines such as TEOR/ética: Buchaca Generosa and in exhibition catalogs of MAC Panamá and ICPNA (the Peruvian-North American Cultural Institute), among others. She frequently presents and gives lectures at universities and other institutions.
