Fabiana Serviddio

(Buenos Aires, Argentina, 1970) Researcher, professor, and art critic. She holds a PhD in Theory and History of Art from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). She is academic coordinator and a full professor in the chairs of Relatos Curatoriales III and Historiografía del Arte II in the MFA in Visual Arts Curatorship program at the Universidad Nacional de Tres de Febrero, and a researcher at the Instituto de Investigación en Arte y Cultura Dr. Norberto Griffa. She is also a senior researcher at the National Scientific and Technical Research Council (CONICET) of Argentina. She is a member of the editorial committee of the journal Estudios curatoriales. Teoría Crítica Historia. She is the author of Arte y crítica en Latinoamérica durante los años setenta (Colección Historia del Arte Argentino y Latinoamericano, Miño y Dávila, 2011) and of numerous articles related to curatorial studies and the history of modern Latin American art. She is a member of the International Association of Art Critics (AICA), the Argentinean Association of Art Critics (AACA), the Centro de Investigaciones y Estudios en Teoría Poscolonial (CIETP, UNR), and holds a chair in the board of directors of the Centro Argentino de Investigadores de Arte (CAIA).
